This site is dedicated to our beautiful neighborhood and contains information intended for current and prospective homeowners.

Annual Meeting: Wednesday, February 8th 6:00 pm
The membership of CFE #7 Association is meeting at St. Philip's in the Hill Church, East Murphey Gallery room. All CFE7 residents are cordially invited to attend.

Open monthly Board meetings begin at 7:00 PM (location). Holidays and vacation schedules sometimes result in rescheduling of a particular meeting, so please call the Board Secretary to confirm the meeting date and time. For more information about the board, please see the this page.

Board Meeting Dates for 2012:  Jan 11th, Feb 1st, Mar 7th, Apr 4th, May 2nd, June 6th, Sep 5th, Oct 3rd, Nov 7th, Dec 5th.

Neighborhood Cleanup: Saturday, February 11th 8am
Please join us for our annual cleanup day; Meet your neighbors, get some fresh air and exercise, and help keep our neighborhood beautiful. We will meet at the corner of Foothills Drive and Via Entrada at 8 a.m. Bring work gloves and a trash grabber, if you have one. Trash bags will be provided.
