Welcome to the CFE #7 Association Website!

This site is dedicated to our beautiful neighborhood and contains information intended for current and prospective homeowners.

The Catalina Foothills Estates No. 7 Homeowners Association (HOA), a Board-managed HOA, shall promote maintaining area No. 7 in the spirit of the Protective Covenants. This shall be accomplished through various programs that help support our natural environment and a clean, crime-free area, while maintaining the aesthetic character of the neighborhood.

Open monthly Board meetings begin at 7:00 PM (location). Holidays and vacation schedules sometimes result in rescheduling of a particular meeting, so please call the Board Secretary to confirm the meeting date and time. For more information about the board, please see the this page.

Board Meeting Dates for 2012: Jan 11th, Feb 1st, Mar 7th, Apr 4th, May 2nd, June 6th, Sep 5th, Oct 3rd, Nov 7th, Dec 5th.
