and homeowners through the Proposed Revisions to the Bylaws The following proposed revisions to the Guidelines are being posted for resident review and feedback and will become effective June 11th:
◈ BOARD MEETINGS ◈ Board Meeting Information: Board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month (or second Wednesday if the first Wednesday falls on a holiday) at 4 p.m. at the offices of: HBS/Stratford Community Management 7400 N. Oracle Rd., Suite 311, Tucson, AZ 85704 All board meetings are available via Zoom. Please contact Megan Muzi at HBS (520-867-6100) for information on attending by Zoom. Board Meeting Dates for 2026: There are no meetings scheduled during July and August. January 7th, Feb 4, Mar 4, Apr 1, May 6, June 3, ......, Sept 2, Oct 7, Nov 4, and Dec 2.
